The Training Program:
The training program is divided into two parts.

1. Theoretical training : 
   The theoretical training takes 25% of the program’s duration.It will be carried out and supervised by the educational and Training units of GOTEVOT. The training contains theoretical materials and basic skills of the trade as well as other subjects such as work conduct, English Language and Computer.
2. Practical training: 
   The practical training takes 75% of the program duration. It will be Implemented at the facilities of the companies and establishments of the private sector. This will be done according to a specified training program that meets the needs of the labor markets, concerning the necessary skills for each job.
   
   Duration of the Training Program:
   The duration of the program differs according to specialization, but the program will not be less then one year and not more then two year.
