The Basic Principles of the System:
The National System for Joint Training is based on concrete foundations derived from the strategies and general policies of the Government of Saudi Arabia, such as:
- The Islamic Sharia which emphasizes the importance of work and encourages individuals to join work and gain their living in a legitimate way while it prohibits and rejects unemployment, laziness and idleness.
- The indigenous culture and tradition, which reflects the strive of our fathers and forefathers for securing a living under rigorous and hard conditions. A struggle that has made them appreciate the value of professional and vocational work.
- The basic administrative system, which stipulates the government to provide opportunities for any capable individual. In addition, formulates rules and regulations that protect the rights of the workers and the employers.
- The general policy of education in the Kingdom, which emphasizes the provision of opportunities for the training of the Saudi youths. Such training should make them capable of contributing to the development of the country and the services to the community.
- The manpower development plans that focus on the development of a national work force - a strategic goal for the Kingdom.
